Important Message from the Statesville Fire Department

Last Updated 1/27/2026Posted in Fire News

The Statesville Fire Department would like to inform residents that we are not affiliated with the current promotion being advertised in a local restaurant offering a chance to win a Fire Truck Pedal Car or a 180-piece Emergency Preparedness Kit. This promotion is associated with FHP Fire Safety Group and Fox Home Protection, LLC, not the City of Statesville or the Statesville Fire Department.

Please be aware that SFD will never call and ask to visit your home for an inspection or any other unsolicited service. If someone contacts you requesting access to your home, this is not a legitimate request from us. If you would like to schedule a fire safety service or inspection, please contact the Statesville Fire Marshal’s Office directly at 704-878-3401.

Your safety and trust are our top priorities. Thank you for helping us keep our community informed and protected.
