Notes & Achievements:

  • The Department held its Annual Awards Banquet on March 6th, honoring many promotions, certiÞcations, and years of service. Highlighted awards included Firefighter of the Year– Senior Firefighter Amanda Trotta, Officer of the Year– Captain Eddy Harpe, and Chief Officer of the Year– Fire Chief Glenn Kurfees 2.
  • SFD, in collaboration with Statesville Police Department & Safe Kids Iredell County, conducted the first Car Seat Check event of 2026 to ensure little ones are riding safely.
